Lomond is the fastest-growing network of lettings and sales agencies in the UK. The group has a managed lettings portfolio of over 40,000 and over £100m of sales each month.

Their CEO approached us with a brief to produce a quarterly report which would raise the group’s profile at both a national and regional level. The audience includes potential investors and regional estate agents looking to join the group, as well as home movers and landlords. Gaining high profile PR was a key objective.

Using Lomond’s extensive and unique datasets we created a set of metrics which track the national and regional sales and lettings markets. The reports explore emerging trends and current topics, providing valuable insight into a fast-changing market.

The association with Dataloft, as respected independent property market economists, was one of the main reasons for us being selected. The inaugural report achieved received widespread PR.
