With a career that has spanned commercial and residential markets, she has a particular interest in institutional investment in residential property. She has written widely on property for national and trade press and is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences.
Rory is an experienced marketer with many years spent in top advertising agencies and marketing positions. Rory uses his skills to help produce our bespoke market reports, promote Dataloft and advise our clients on getting the most from our products. He is particularly involved in marketing our online subscription tool Inform.
Anna is a highly experienced and technical housing market analyst, leading on client reports and managing the development and product management of our online analytics platform. Anna has overseen the integration of large datasets and devised a wide range of housing market models and indices for private consultancy projects and client publications.
Carrie has been analysing and reporting on residential markets across the UK since 1999. She has particular focus on the new build sector. Carrie uses her wide knowledge of housing market economics and good understanding of geographical information systems to undertake housing market assessments and strategic studies for investors, developers and policy makers.
Rebecca specialises in overseas property markets, having written on the supply, demand and pricing of residential property in locations from Barbados to Barcelona, often devising and conducting interviews to gather local market intelligence. She uses her strong inter-personal skills to support and advise subscribers to our online analytics platform, Inform, helping them to maximise their return on investment.
After completing her PhD, Helen worked in tourism, before turning her attention to residential markets. She is highly skilled in data analytics, crunching and interpreting very large datasets to find the story in the statistics. She puts the client at the heart of any work she undertakes and has the ability to make even the most complicated of processes or research understandable to the end-user.
An economist by training, Julia has over 15-years experience in property research and has held senior positions in prominent real estate consultancies and financial institutions. Julia undertakes consultancy projects for investor clients and has a particular focus on understanding the location drivers for institutional and individual PRS investments as well as writing on property market trends, fluctuations and forecasts.
Sharon is a talented graphic designer across a broad range of creative disciplines including; publishing, branding, marketing and web design and has been a key member of the Dataloft team for many years. Her universal understanding of the business allows her to create visually impactful and meticulous design solutions from illustrated property research reports, unique infographics, logos and brand identities to e-marketing campaigns.

Venetia's project management and marketing experience spans small and medium-sized businesses through to blue-chip companies. With her excellent communication skills, keen eye for detail, commercial acumen and broad knowledge of the Dataloft business, Venetia ensures that all our client projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with the brief.
Lujan started her career in America after studying International Relations in Atlanta and has since gained experience in digital marketing communications and PR. Lujan utilises her social media and account management skills to support the marketing of our online analytics platform, Inform and to provide marketing support packages to Inform subscribers.
Having worked in the marketing communications industry for many years, Miranda has a wealth of account management and marketing experience. Through her creative input and strategic planning Miranda has played a key role in the marketing side of the business producing a range of marketing collateral both in-house and for clients.
Annabel is a qualified chartered accountant who has spent many years working for a top accountancy firm and as the Financial Controller for a major retailer. Annabel utilises her analytical and organisational skills managing the financial side of the business, handling key data sources and ensuring the smooth running of the business.
